These days everyone of every color, creed, religion, gender, sexual perversion, and disability is accepted into the work place, schools, and civil service. It is very unfortunate for everyone that these jobs are not given based on merit. Instead they are given to fill quotas set by the government, lunatics like Jessie Jackson, and the feminist movement.
As a whole we need to stop this discrimination from leaving people WITH the merit behind, regardless of what color, creed, religion, gender, and disability those merit holders may have.
Think about this for a moment, if you were in the emergency room and you had to pick between two surgeons, one thatgot into med school to fill some quota, or one that made his/her way thru med school with no 'racial/gender advantage'. What surgeon would you pick?
